Assessment includes photo documentation dated for insurance purposes. A grid-pattern inspection of each elevation catches scattered impact marks a quick walk-by would miss.
We check surrounding panels for related wind damage during the same visit. Replacement fasteners are set at tighter spacing than standard when wind exposure is a known recurring issue.
We can meet your adjuster on-site if that speeds up your claim. We provide a written damage summary in plain language alongside the photos, not just a raw image folder.
We'll give you an honest read on repair-versus-replace based on what the storm actually did. Upgraded impact-rated material is offered as an option for Keene, TX homeowners in higher hail-frequency areas.
Fallen branches and wind-blown debris cause cracks and holes that get patched or panel-replaced depending on size. Tree limb clearance from the house gets flagged as a preventive note in our report.
